History

WANAN International (WANAN) is a progressive company believing strongly in improving the quality of life of all people without sacrificing the environment in the process. WANAN actively works to build bridges between Science, Technology, and Financial resources to resolve critical environmental issues currently impacting urban areas. The execution of these endeavors is achieved through the application of refined business strategies, converting urban waste into profitable activities.

Based in Southern California, WANAN International is spearheaded by Wade A. Carter a Costa Rican born American entrepreneur with 24 years experience in international business and consulting. He served as a Regional Aviation Planner for the Southern California Association of Governments, as well as a Meteorologist with the National Weather Service, and an Oceanographer in the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. Mr. Carter holds bachelor’s degrees in Ecosystems Analysis and Geography, as well as masters degrees in Architecture and Regional Planning.

Wade A. Carter

Wade is Principal and CEO of Wanan International. 25 years exposure to, and experience in, waste recycling and conversion to Energy and usable Raw Materials. This was part of his 35 years in international business and trading, in a variety of sectors and spaces, including resource planning and development throughout the US, Latin America and West Africa. Wade has led the evolution of the basic Wanan technology into an advanced and comprehensive methodology which recycles/converts all wastes (except nuclear) to a level of 95%. He has also spear-headed the development of governmental and business decision-makers in Latin America, which is the primary development area for Wanan International.

David Vaillancourt

David has been a C-suite financial and general management executive and business leader over many years, with significant cross- and multi-cultural experience. Geographic exposure over all of North America, all of Europe, Middle East, Indian sub-continent and South-East Asia. Policy making and management in corporate strategy, financial and general management focused on value delivery to stake-holders, in multi-site environments. Corporate finance. Growth and expansion management, turnarounds, recoveries in diverse cultural environments. Board membership (including Chairman) in multiple jurisdictions. Wendy Kennedy

Wendy is a US attorney and a UK solicitor. During her extensive career she has advised on complex multi-national business structures and transactions, global business expansion, debt and equity financing, International tax strategies, M & A, technology licensing, corporate governance and compliance and sat as a board member in multiple jurisdictions.
